Disability Law Group – Office Manager position

Disability Law Group seeks to hire an Office Manager to facilitate achievement of business objectives in a fast-paced environment. This is a dual management position that also requires case manager training and responsibilities in the Social Security Department to start. Organizational and communication skills are critical to this role as are the ability to seamlessly coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work is required, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Our Office Manager will strive to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, productivity, and communication while always demonstrating empathy and compassion.

Preferred experience/skills:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc)
