I am a 100% Service Disabled Veteran. I applied for VA disability in 2009 and it wasn't awarded until 2018. At that time I was advised by a vetaran's service organization that I was not permitted to collect both VA Disability and SS Disability. In 2026 I learned that that informatoin was inaccurate. I actually was eligable. All of these circumstances made this an incredibly difficult case! My attorney, Erin Rich, took my case knowing it's complications. She was nothing short of absolutely incredible!! Her knowledge of the law and her knowledge of the evidence required delivered me a "Fully Favorable" decision!
