Mariana Palushaj
Attorney

Attorney Mariana Palushaj is dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex legal matters with compassion, diligence, and a client-centered approach. Her practice is informed by her experience in disability law, where she has had the opportunity to advocate for individuals facing significant challenges and to help clients pursue the benefits and support to which they may be entitled.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oakland University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She has represented clients in administrative law proceedings, including Social Security disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges, and particularly values the opportunity to advocate directly for clients and help them tell their stories.

In addition to her work in disability law, Ms. Palushaj is currently pursuing accreditation to represent veterans before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She looks forward to expanding her ability to assist veterans and their families as she continues to develop her practice.

An Albanian American, Mariana is proud of her cultural heritage and speaks Albanian. She is a board member of the Albanian American Bar Association. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and making the most of time with the people closest to her.
