Emily Brocklander

Attorney Emily Brocklander received her Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Brocklander earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Media Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Ms. Brocklander’s legal career is deeply rooted in her service as a Signal Officer and Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army, where she served for nine years advocating for service members. Her commitment to veterans continued during law school, where she served as an advocate and teaching assistant in Stetson University College of Law’s Veterans Advocacy Clinic.

As a veteran herself, Ms. Brocklander understands firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate the VA benefits system. She is passionate about giving veterans a voice, ensuring they receive the support and recognition they have earned, and providing steady guidance throughout the claims process. Ms. Brocklander finds true fulfillment in helping clients regain confidence, stability, and peace of mind as they pursue the benefits they deserve.

Outside the office, Ms. Brocklander is an avid traveler and road trip enthusiast. She has explored more than a third of the U.S. national parks and visited the majority of U.S. states, experiences that have strengthened her appreciation for the diverse communities she serves.
