This position involves handling a high volume of phone calls, and requires compassion in every communication as well as strong attention to detail. General office work includes gathering information from prospective clients to determine the status of Social Security disability claims while ensuring proper claim development and processes. This position involves strong customer service skills while helping our clients with a variety of disabilities.
