On May 7, 2026, an attorney advisor with the Social Security Administration reviewed the evidence and issued a fully favorable decision without requiring the client to attend a hearing.
The decision found that there was enough evidence to support disability going back to the client’s alleged onset date in March 2023.
As a result, the client was awarded $111,446.90 in past-due benefits.

He was thrilled to learn that his claim had been approved before a hearing was even scheduled.
